The goal of this project is to streamline the management of monthly bills and maintenance issues in co-living spaces through a digital, user-friendly platform.
The Challange
Residents faced delays and confusion due to manual bill tracking and an unstructured facility reporting system, leading to frustration and lack of transparency.
The Solution
FiQost offers an intuitive web-based platform with digital bill tracking, online payment options, and a structured maintenance reporting system to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
About the project
Fi-qost is a collaborative project, created as part of the Devsigner event. Our team consists of three designers. My role in this project was as a UX Research and UI designer.

About app

FiQost co-living space residents experience difficulties managing monthly bills and reporting maintenance issues. The bill recording process is still done manually, often causing payment delays and lack of transparency in the usage of services such as electricity, water, and internet. Additionally, facility issue reporting lacks a structured system, making it difficult for residents to submit complaints and monitor the status of repairs.

We focus on competitor analysis to deliver something better and more unique for our customers. Through extensive research, we identified several players operating in the same sector. We then narrowed the list down to our four main competitors. By examining their strengths, weaknesses, unique features, and the reasons behind their popularity, we aim to use these insights to benefit our customers by addressing existing gaps in the market.

User Interview
We conducted an in-depth review of the customer experience to understand how well it serves their needs, while also performing market research focused on our direct competitors who currently offer similar services. The insights gathered helped guide us in the right direction, enabling us to make informed, collaborative decisions for the next iteration of our fiQost Coliving web app.

The findings guided us in the right direction, helping us make informed, collaborative decisions for the next version of our FiQost co-living web app.

The Result
Through FiQost, co-living residents finally found a smoother, stress-free way to manage their bills and maintenance needs. Manual records and slow responses became a thing of the past. Users could easily submit service requests, track real-time updates, and complete payments transparently—all from one platform. Most importantly, they could close the loop by giving feedback, helping FiQost continually improve. This project reinforced how critical simplicity, transparency, and timely communication are to building trust and satisfaction in shared living communities.
