Ezumrah, a trusted tour and travel app for Umrah journeys, is ready to embark on a new chapter. As the spirit of community and sharing grows stronger in the digital world, Ezumrah envisions empowering its users to not only travel but also earn. Through the launch of a brand-new Affiliate feature, users can now recommend Umrah packages and services to others, while enjoying real rewards. With a focus on ease, transparency, and trust, this project will introduce an intuitive affiliate experience through a seamless journey of onboarding, account setup, product discovery, marketplace engagement, and transparent reporting.

Designing for MVP
The objective of this project is to enhance Ezumrah’s mobile application by integrating an Affiliate Program feature that enables users to earn commissions through referrals. This feature aims to increase user engagement, broaden Ezumrah’s market reach through community-driven marketing, and create new revenue opportunities for loyal customers who share Ezumrah’s offerings with their network.
The Challange
Introducing an affiliate system into an existing app presents several challenges. The primary challenges include creating a frictionless onboarding experience, ensuring secure and straightforward account setup, designing an intuitive marketplace for affiliate products, and providing clear, real-time reporting tools for users to track their earnings and withdraw their balance easily. Additionally, the feature must integrate naturally with the existing user experience to maintain Ezumrah’s trusted brand image.
The Solution
To address these challenges, I proposed a structured approach by designing four key pillars: Onboarding, Account Setup & Search Product, Marketplace & Product Engagement, and Report & Withdrawal. The onboarding flow would educate and inspire users, while the account setup would be simplified to make it easy for anyone to join the program. A dedicated marketplace would offer curated affiliate products, making discovery effortless. Finally, a comprehensive dashboard would allow users to view reports and request balance withdrawals with full transparency and trust.

Onboarding
These five onboarding screens are designed to guide users through a clear, step-by-step affiliate registration process — ensuring smooth account setup, social profile input, agreement to terms, and activation.
Account Setup
These six screens are designed to ensure a secure and reliable affiliate account setup by guiding users through profile validation, PIN creation, verification, and account activation, before starting promotions.
Marketplace & Product
These screens are designed to help users easily explore products, select items to promote, manage their selections, and instantly generate shareable links across multiple social media platforms.
Report & Withdraw
These screens are designed to give users full visibility into their affiliate earnings, detailed sales reports, and a secure, step-by-step process for managing bank accounts and withdrawing commissions.
The Result
The new affiliate feature successfully streamlines user onboarding, product promotion, and commission withdrawals, enhancing user trust and engagement. Clear guidance at each step reduces errors and improves conversion. The structured flow ensures users can monetize easily, while maintaining data security and operational transparency, aligning perfectly with Ezumrah’s business goals.
